ChatGPT & AI search visibility for your business
Help potential clients discover your business through ChatGPT and AI-powered search. I audit your website’s search accessibility, clarify your services and expertise, and improve the content customers use to choose a provider. You get a practical improvement plan, agreed website updates, and tracking for AI-search referrals and enquiries.
The problem
AI search tools can only use what they can reach and understand. If key pages are blocked, vague or unsupported by evidence, a customer comparing providers has no clear reason to choose you.

03 / A useful first scope
A useful first scope
Start with an audit of agreed public URLs, a short list of priority pages, the technical fixes they need, and a shared definition of the referrals and enquiries to track. No paid campaign or special AI markup is assumed.
04 / What shapes the quote
What shapes the quote
The quote depends on the number of priority pages, languages, technical fixes, content gaps and measurement setup. No paid advertising or subscription is required by default.
What each platform controls
Your site can be clear. Inclusion is still their decision.
The work follows each platform’s published guidance and keeps the choices that belong to you with you.
Delivered remotely for businesses in any country. The work is done on your public website and through shared reports, so no on-site visit is needed.
ChatGPT search
OpenAI separates OAI-SearchBot, used for ChatGPT search, from GPTBot, used for model training. I check search access for the pages you want found. Training permissions stay your decision and are not changed.
Google AI features
Google says its AI features rely on the same foundations as Search: crawlable pages, helpful people-first content and accurate structured data. No special AI markup or llms.txt file is required for Google.
Other assistants
Each platform documents its own crawlers and rules. I check the guidance for the platforms that matter to you rather than assuming one rule applies everywhere.
Measured separately
Five signals, never merged into one number.
Each count answers a different question, so each is reported on its own.
AI-search referrals
Visits whose referrer identifies ChatGPT or another AI search tool.
WhatsApp clicks
Taps on a WhatsApp button: a sign of intent, not a conversation.
Saved enquiries
Forms or briefs your website actually stored.
Verified conversations
Enquiries where a real exchange with you took place.
Qualified enquiries
Conversations that match your services, area and scope.
Some visits arrive without a referrer or through a copied link, so attribution is incomplete. A click is not a lead, an enquiry is not a sale, and no ranking, citation, traffic or enquiry volume is guaranteed.
05 / Relevant work
Relevant work
This is an example of how a service page is structured on this site. It is not evidence of AI-search placement, traffic or enquiries.
06 / FAQ
Questions before you start
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or Google recommends my business?
No. Each platform decides what it crawls, shows, cites or recommends. The work improves access, clarity and evidence on your website; it cannot guarantee a ranking, citation, traffic level or number of enquiries.
How does ChatGPT search reach my website?
OpenAI’s documentation separates OAI-SearchBot, used for ChatGPT search, from GPTBot, used for model training. I check that the pages you want found are not blocked for OAI-SearchBot. Your GPTBot and training settings stay as you choose; this service does not change them.
Do I need special AI schema or an llms.txt file?
For Google’s AI features, Google says ordinary SEO best practices apply and no special AI markup or llms.txt file is required. Other platforms publish their own guidance. I add structured data only where it describes what visitors can see on the page, such as your services, business details or FAQs.
What will you change on my site?
Only agreed public pages and technical settings: crawl and index controls, canonical URLs, internal links, service pages, answers to customer questions and matching structured data. Content is based on evidence you can verify. Paid advertising and account permission changes are not part of the work.
How do you measure progress?
We record a baseline before changes, then report separately on AI-search referral visits, WhatsApp clicks, saved enquiries, verified conversations and qualified enquiries. A click is not a lead, and an enquiry is not a sale. Some visits arrive without a referrer or through a copied link, so not every AI-assisted visit can be attributed. If Google Search Console reports on AI features for your site, we review that data too.
What does a first engagement include?
An audit of agreed public URLs, a practical improvement plan, the website updates we agree on, and a measurement baseline. The quote follows a review of the site’s size, languages, technical fixes and content gaps.
