Who it's for

  • 01

Owners of a live React Native or Expo app (startups, SMEs, internal or consumer apps) whose original developer has moved on or whose updates are stuck.

  • 02

Web agencies and studios that sell mobile work without an in-house React Native team. I can work white-label, under your name and an NDA, for your clients.

  • 03

Product teams that need short-term help to meet a Google Play deadline without stalling their roadmap.

Problems solved

  • Google Play rejects your update because the app targets an old API level.

It now has to target API 36 to be submitted.

  • The app crashes on launch or on certain screens.

The crashes pile up in Play Console and nobody knows where to start.

  • The build no longer works.

The Expo SDK, React Native, Gradle or native libraries are outdated, and every upgrade breaks something else.

  • Nobody knows the codebase anymore.

The previous vendor is gone, there are no docs, and every change feels risky.

  • OS updates keep piling up.

Every new Android or iOS release adds lag and risk.

How it works

  1. 20-minute call.

You describe the app, the deadline and the symptoms. I'll tell you honestly whether this offer fits.

  2. Access and audit.

You share the repo and, ideally, Play Console and crash reports. You get the report within 48–72 business hours.

  3. Rescue sprint.

Two weeks on the agreed priorities, with regular progress updates.

  4. Release and next steps.

Signed build, Google Play submission and handover. App Care can take over afterwards if you want.

FAQ

What if the code is a mess?

That's what the audit is for. You'll know what can be fixed in two weeks, what can't, and in what order to act. If a partial rewrite makes more sense than patching, the report says so plainly, before you pay for a sprint.

Do you handle iOS too?

Yes. I build React Native apps for iOS and Android, and the audit covers both. The Rescue Sprint targets Google Play first because that's where the API 36 deadline is. An iOS build and App Store submission can be added to the quote if time allows, or priced separately.

Who owns the code?

You do. I work in your repository (or your client's, for agencies), and all the code I write is yours once invoices are paid. I keep no access after the engagement unless you're on App Care.

Can you guarantee Google will approve the app?

No, and nobody honestly can, because approval is Google's decision. I deliver a build that meets the required target API level and fix the technical issues Play Console reports. If Google asks for code-related changes during the sprint, I handle them.

What are the payment terms?

Audit: 100% upfront. Sprint: 50% at kickoff and 50% before the Google Play submission, minus the audit fee. App Care: billed at the start of each month, no minimum term, cancel with one month's notice. Payment in EUR (bank transfer) or MAD. The quote confirms the terms.

Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. I can work under your brand, sign an NDA, and talk only to your team, or to your client if you prefer.

What access do you need?

The repo, the environment variables needed to build and, ideally, Play Console access (a limited role is enough) and crash reports. Signing keys stay under your control, and we agree together on the safest signing setup.

What if 6 hours of App Care isn't enough?

Extra hours are quoted in advance and only started with your approval. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
